[Current Mood | sick]

Is it wrong of me to be annoyed at my coworker for reeking so badly of cigarettes that it is affecting me? I mean, he goes outside to smoke, but the pervasive odor is breaching the cubicle walls and making me extremely nauseous.

you are a pregnant woman. It gives you the right to be annoyed at the very least. You have a free pass to go as crazy as you want about things that affect your health and well-being...

Too right!

Unfortunately, throwing up on him may be the only effective way to get the point across.

Oh no, if you are annoyed than clearly you are a bigot to those who smoke and that's prejudice and insensitive of you. You're supposed to embrace the stale oder and congratulate them on how far their people have come in the fight against nicotine oppression.

Sorry - it's been one of those afternoons.

I'm going to vomit.

Seriously, though. It's no different than too much perfume or too little hygiene. You have every reason to be annoyed.

It's not wrong

You can politely ask him to try to stand upwind while smoking, to minimize the smell, or perhaps not to return to his desk so quickly. If he give you grief, puke on him.
